My daily threes…. 


1) Am grateful to be able to sleep very well at night and sticking to my routine

2)I am happy that i ventured out today without feeling anxiety (thanks to a video i listened to on you tube by Gangaji which knocked my socks off) I am praying that i had a breakthrough.

3) I am thankful to have found a very good masseuse who worked on some muscle pains i had in my neck and back. She was really awesome and it was evident she loved her job and I am deeply grateful for that bc she went the extra mile and was very professional. (since in our society we tip here i decided to tip her very well)
